Returns & Refunds Policy
At OneTrackMind Co, we’re a small team dedicated to precision and craftsmanship. We stand firmly behind our products, but because of our size and the nature of our gear, we operate a bit differently than the big-box retailers.
The 14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Defects vs. "Test-Drives"
We focus on functional excellence. We accept returns and exchanges for functional defects only. * Note: We do not offer a "buy it to try it" service. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not due to a verified manufacturing defect.
- If there is an issue with your gear, we will work with you to correct it, repair it, or replace it whenever possible.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: All returns must be authorized. Please email us at steve@onetrackmindco.com before sending anything back.
- Shipping: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded.
Pre-Order Policy
Our pre-orders allow us to bring ambitious projects to life. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms:
- Production Timeline: Pre-orders typically have an estimated 5–8 month timeline to completion.
- No Refunds During Production: Due to the way these funds are allocated for manufacturing, pre-order items are not eligible for return or refund while the item is in production.
Refunds & Fees
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks can take a few extra days to post the credit to your account.
- Restocking Fee: Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and handling.
